📋 Description

• Coordinate with lead guide to plan, implement, and manage the classroom using Montessori principles.
• Manage physical care of children daily.
• Follow procedures and licensing guidelines for child care and classroom standards.
• Maintain visual supervision and ensure child safety at all times.
• Observe and document each child regularly.
• Prepare and maintain the environment based on child needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 3 years in early childhood education.
• Knowledge: Montessori/RIE caregiving techniques; Positive Discipline.
• Skills: Observation, documentation, and strong communication (oral/written).
