Lead UX Designer

📋 Description

• Lead design across member journeys, credit union tools, and internal products.
• Take ideas from early discovery through prototypes, testing, and shipped experiences.
• Own and evolve our design system across responsive design, accessibility, localization, and dark
• Create clear systems and specifications that help AI agents and engineers implement with accuracy.
• Review what ships, learn from users, and keep raising the product quality bar.
• Partner closely with engineers, customers, and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience, including leading a product from ambiguity to launch and
• A portfolio that shows strong systems thinking and excellent craft in complex flows such as forms
• Accessibility built into your process.
• Comfort with AI design and prototyping tools, plus curiosity about agent-built product development.
• The ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, and carry design decisions through
• Experience in fintech or another regulated field is welcome, but not required.
