Lead Vulnerability Management Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the Vulnerability Management program across global infra and cloud environments.
• Architect scalable remediation workflows with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product teams.
• Design AI-driven solutions to automate the vulnerability lifecycle.
• Act as technical liaison for GRC, supporting audits (SOC-2, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP).
• Manage remediation backlog and report systemic security trends.
• On-call flexibility for critical issues outside normal hours.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Vulnerability Management or senior/lead role.
• Bachelor's in CS or InfoSec, or related security certs.
• Strong CVSS/EPSS risk understanding and remediation planning.
• Hands-on with scanning tools (Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7 InsightVM).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using AI to automate workflows; familiarity with GRC/audit processes.
