Lead welding team on a 2nd shift
Coach, mentor, and train team members and contractors
Report status and issues to leadership and customers
Support quality and throughput via de-escalation and policy adherence
Complete welding assignments for construction and repair of site structural stands
Coordinate with support groups and ensure proper weld procedures and materials are communicated

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
7+ years of welding experience (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW) or college welding program
Experience as a combo welder fabricating carbon structure, carbon pipe, and stainless pipe
Experience leading a team or project
Knowledge of welding tools, materials, and safety practices
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed; valid driver’s license
