• The Leadership Development & Team Enablement Manager will lead the development and delivery of

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development
• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs in corporate
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and ADDIE or
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing learning initiatives end-to-end from needs assessment to evaluation and
• Understanding of leadership capabilities including coaching, communication, feedback
