Learning and Client Enablement Specialst

📋 Description

• Deliver technical training sessions, live and online, to clients and partners.
• Build and maintain course content (online modules, video tutorials, workshop materials).
• Support the design and delivery of certification assessments with practical exercises.
• Partner with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to translate features into training material.
• Contribute to the partner enablement programme and onboard external delivery partners.
• Maintain course health and up-to-date documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Delivered training or technical explanations to non-technical audiences with material you built.
• Studied Computer Science or related field, or hands-on with Python or similar.
• Worked hands-on with SaaS tools, APIs, or similar technical products.
• Took initiative to build or improve a course or learning content.
• Communicated confidently with clients or external stakeholders.
• Comfortable with evolving scope and self-directed problem solving.
