📋 Description

• Develop engaging learning materials aligned to objectives
• Use appropriate training modalities and adult learning principles
• Collaborate with SMEs to create or update content
• Manage content development milestones and QA cycles
• Coordinate deliverables through implementation and launch
• Evaluate learning content to drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 yrs relevant experience
• Sign-off on technical and/or clinical content
• Experience in eLearning, ILT, and assessments
• Strong written and interpersonal skills
• Work with SMEs and stakeholders to build content
• Self-manage multiple projects and deadlines
