Collaborate with SMEs to create/update content
Work with multimedia teams on media assets for learning materials
Manage content development including milestones, risks, reviews, feedback, QA
Monitor deliverables through implementation, translation, and launch
Evaluate content to drive design improvements

🎯 Requirements

3-7 yrs of relevant experience
Sign-off on technical/clinical content
Experience designing eLearning, ILT, and assessments
Delivery of training in professional/classroom setting
Adult learning theory, analysis tools, evaluation models, learning objectives
Strong written and interpersonal communication
