Learning Design & Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Own role-based learning across clinical and non-clinical teams
• Design curricula, deliver training, manage the learning management system
• Collaborate with leaders to measure learning impact on performance
• Maintain SOPs and keep information current as the organization evolves
• Travel to Matter Health markets to support training and new-market launches
• Work directly with frontline employees and leaders in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional
• Five+ years of professional Learning & Development experience with design and delivery ownership
• Proven experience building role-based curricula from the ground up
• Experience facilitating training in-person and virtually
• Direct LMS ownership or administration experience
• Healthcare-industry understanding and ability to translate complex information into practical
