🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field.
• 8+ years designing end-to-end learning for technical audiences.
• 8+ years selecting learning methods to meet business outcomes.
• 5+ years evaluating learning effectiveness via metrics.
• 5+ years in corporate/technical learning environments.
• Strong knowledge of ADDIE/SAM and adult learning theory.
