📋 Description

• Design, curate, iterate, and maintain learning solutions.
• Facilitate in-person, hybrid, and virtual sessions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and HR partners for content needs.
• Measure learning impact and iterate programs.
• Build learning paths for specific roles using data.
• Stay current with new learning methods and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 3-5 years in learning and development or related roles.
• Proven track record designing and scaling programs.
• Proficiency with LMS (Seismic, Docebo) and content tools (Articulate, Rise, Canva).
• Understanding of ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
