Partner with Foundation teams, affiliates, researchers, SMEs, and volunteers to identify learner
Develop learning experiences across LMS (WikiLearn) or other formats; embed learning into workflows
Ensure experiences are culturally responsive, accessible, and globally relevant.

🎯 Requirements

Experience designing digital learning for diverse, global audiences.
Proven ability to create engaging e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, or blended solutions.
Experience using an LMS to develop, organize, and publish content.
Ability to diagnose gaps, identify interventions, and rapidly design and improve learning.
Strong written communication and content development skills; able to simplify complex concepts.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs.
