📋 Description

• Lead in designing and developing comprehensive learning experiences for clients.
• Oversee project timelines and collaborate with SMEs to create engaging digital courses.
• Develop complex e-learning modules, integrate new technologies, conduct needs assessments, apply
• Design, develop, and deliver enablement content in various formats and modalities.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative assessments to improve enablement programs.
• Provide estimations and manage project effort.

🎯 Requirements

• English - B2 - Required; strong oral/written comprehension
• Experience with Needs analysis and impact assessment (TNA) - Required
• Microlearning content creation - Required
• Proficiency with content authoring tools: MSO, ACC, Articulate 360 (Rise 360, Storyline 360)
• Video/audio content production skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Character Animator
• Learning theories and methodologies (ADDIE, agile, Bloom’s taxonomy); UX-focused instructional
