Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Content development focus: eLearning, labs, assessments, videos, and instructor enablement
• Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) (30-40%).
• Translate product information and technical concepts into learner-focused content.
• Collaborate with SMEs and product teams to ensure technical accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in instructional design, training, education, technical communication, or eLearning
• Experience delivering live virtual instructor-led training (EMEA business hours KL time).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ability to drive work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to balance content development with training delivery.
• Fluency in English; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
