📋 Description

• Lead development and learning solutions aligned to performance cycles.
• Coordinate across Learning & Training with stakeholders; evaluate learning.
• Develop and manage content, comms, and operations of specific training programs.
• Serve as subject matter expert; align needs with leaders and present options.
• Manage multiple projects/events using adult learning best practices.
• Establish relationships with OneHUB leaders and SMEs; onboard new hires.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; 5+ years experience.
• Strong consulting skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong relationship and collaboration skills; effective communication.
• Experience with adult learning theory and learning technologies.
• Independent, proactive, and innovative; quick decision maker.
• Ability to present ideas/data concisely; capable of multi-project management.
