📋 Description

• Lead design and development of multi-modal technical learning programs for Sunnyvale hub
• Translate AI infrastructure concepts into accessible learning experiences
• Conduct needs analyses with technical leaders and SMEs; translate into learning strategies with metrics
• Independently manage programs from scoping through evaluation
• Develop and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids
• Facilitate technical learning programs with credibility and adaptability

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in instructional design, learning & development, or related field
• Experience designing learning programs for technical or engineering audiences
• Track record advising senior technical stakeholders on learning strategy
• Comfortable in fast-moving, high-growth environments with ambiguity
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools (Articulate, Rise) and virtual facilitation
• Familiarity with AI, ML, cloud infrastructure, or GPU computing
