• Manage store portfolio by securing locations and deals for brands
• Lead full leasing lifecycle: market analysis, negotiations, due diligence, business cases
• Drive profitable, competitive, future-fit stores with sustainable growth
• Collaborate with Expansion, Sales, Legal, and other functions to finalize deals
• Set strategic targets and optimize selling, location, and profitability of each deal
• Ensure compliance with global leasing guidelines and ethical practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related field
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Strong leasing and negotiation skills with legal understanding
• Strategic, analytical mindset with ability to balance long-term and short-term actions
• Excellent planning, organization, and multi-project management
• Financial acumen and ability to build robust business cases
