📋 Description

Draft and review commercial agreements (sales, procurement, SLAs, NDAs)
Identify legal risks and propose mitigations
Negotiate contract terms with internal/external parties
Maintain contract templates and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

LLB degree
Admitted Attorney
Minimum 3 years in legal office/role; financial services a plus
Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts
Experience with data protection and national credit laws preferred
At least 2 years in credit/credit bureau industry preferred
