Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead on major tenders and public procurements, shaping terms and where to move
• Negotiate and close of largest customer contracts with cross-functional teams
• Carry opportunities from first look to signed contract
• Draft and negotiate SaaS, licensing, implementation, professional services, NDAs, data processing
• Advise on data protection, privacy, IP and licensing, and day-to-day commercial questions
• Translate legal risk into commercial choices with CEO/CFO/CPO input

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with current practising certificate (UK, US, or Commonwealth jurisdiction)
• Several years in practice since qualifying
• Hands-on experience drafting/negotiating complex technology contracts, especially SaaS
• Clear communication to senior stakeholders
• Comfort moving between large negotiations and advisory topics in a single day
• Experience across more than one jurisdiction
