🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years PQE, common law preferred.
• Strong corporate/commercial background with fintech exposure.
• Familiarity with UAE/DIFC/ADGM regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially pragmatic, organized, and able to manage priorities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
