• Develop and execute licensing and market-entry strategies across jurisdictions.
• Provide practical regulatory guidance on payments, money transmission, crypto, FX, cross-border.
• Identify regulatory risks and craft pragmatic mitigation strategies.
• Build scalable legal processes to support OpenFX's rapid growth.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and bar in good standing.
• 7+ years legal experience; 15+ years for senior Counsel.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and payments regulations.
• Practical, business-oriented legal advice balancing risk with commercial goals.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, compliance, and business teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
