Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops, Product, and Engineering on enterprise contracting strategy.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in operations, HR, contracts, cloud, and tech delivery.
• Assist with entity management, governance documentation, and contract playbooks.
• Build scalable legal processes, templates, workflows, and best practices for rapid growth.
• Onsite in Redwood City, CA or Plano, TX.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2-3 years of relevant legal experience (firm or in-house).
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate legal concepts for nonlegal teams.
• Willingness to work onsite in Redwood City, CA or Plano, TX.
