Provide legal guidance to the group across Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam
Negotiate, draft and review lease/tenancy and other agreements
Conduct due diligence, risk assessments and advise on disputes
Support tendering, governance docs, and corporate matters
Assist data privacy and cross-border legal issues
Develop routines for contract execution and administration

🎯 Requirements

In-house legal experience in fast-paced consumer/digital/retail
Ability to translate complex law into practical guidance
Strong communication to present to senior stakeholders
Comfort with fast decisions and risk articulation
5-8 years law firm and in-house experience; Bar admission or equivalent
Self-starter, proactive, detail-oriented; energetic team player
