Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Serve as core member of legal team; advise General Counsel and leadership.
• Lead on commercial matters; structure and support GTM strategies and initiatives.
• Draft, review, negotiate commercial, sales, and tech agreements; vendor/partnerships.
• Advise on employment regulatory risk; worker classification and EU regimes.
• Provide practical guidance on German employment law and cross-border issues.
• Support disputes and pre-litigation; manage outside counsel and budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• Second German State Exam in Law with strong results.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience (international firm or in-house).
• Ability to advise on transportation matters and GTM risk management.
• Translate legal ambiguity into clear guidance for business stakeholders.
• Problem-solving in dynamic environment; manage multiple priorities.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
