📋 Description

• Support US-based operations with corporate, contracts, compliance and employment law duties.
• Review customer contracts, leases and agreements to assess risk and ensure alignment with business
• Draft contracts for new business areas with Business Partners; manage lifecycle from intake to
• Advise on contract interpretation, risk allocation and performance obligations; assist with dispute
• Support corporate governance: entity management, annual reports, board materials, minutes
• Ensure compliance with corporate registrations, licensing and other contract eligibility

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in commercial contracts: drafting, negotiation and review (essential).
• Employment or Labor law experience (essential).
• Property law experience (desirable).
• Experience in multinational corporate groups or law firms (desirable).
• Licensed in good standing in home state; ability to gain corporate counsel status in Kentucky
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; strong coordination and time management.
