• Data Protection Officer for the UK, providing privacy advice across the UK business.
• Handle data breaches and DSARs; ensure compliance with data protection and information security
• Provide legal support to the UK business on a wide range of commercial matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree educated; qualified Solicitor.
• In-house experience essential, preferably in beauty/fashion/Retail/FMCG.
• Excellent knowledge in data privacy, commercial, contract, consumer and competition law.
• Deep understanding of complex matters and strong business acumen.
• Technical understanding of cosmetics industry and luxury brand regulations; proactive
• Ability to develop networks and build relationships across management levels.
