Legal Counsel - Commercial

📋 Description

• Own commercial contracts end to end for a fast-growing AI/tech business
• Partner with GTM sales, Product, and Privacy teams on legal and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate customer MSAs, NDAs, professional services agreements, RFPs and
• Provide proactive, commercially-minded legal guidance to enable business growth
• Manage cross-functional projects with minimal supervision and clear stakeholder communication

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3-5 years PQE
• Strong private practice background; in-house SaaS/tech experience preferred
• Experience with commercial contracts, GDPR/data privacy, and AI-related contracting
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects autonomously
• Excellent drafting, judgment, and stakeholder communication
• Tech-savvy with interest in AI/regulatory landscape
