Legal Counsel (Commercial General)

📋 Description

• Provide legal support across all Fever business lines and products.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prioritise complex reviews.
• Contribute to templates and legal guides; draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Prioritise work based on company strategy and objectives; support multiple legal functions.
• Help ensure alignment with local laws and safe, compliant growth globally.

🎯 Requirements

• Barred / practising lawyer with 3+ years PQE in a top-tier firm or large multinational.
• Experience in tech, entertainment, or media spaces is a plus.
• Fluent English; working proficiency in another language for international markets.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate legal issues into business outcomes.
• Strong technical legal skills and emotional intelligence in communication.
