🎯 Requirements

Qualified lawyer.
At least 3 years PQE, with mix of top-tier firm and in-house experience.
Strong background in FinTech, Web3, or crypto.
Deep crypto knowledge with ability to explain risks to non-lawyers.
Hands-on, capable of managing complex projects independently.
Strong English and Chinese communication.
Familiar with crypto use cases.
