Legal Counsel (Corporate & Intra-Group)

📋 Description

• Own international corporate workstreams across cross-border structures.
• Manage entity incorporations, reorganizations, financing, and liquidations.
• Maintain admin for group companies in EU and non-EU jurisdictions.
• Draft and align global intra-group contracts and cost-sharing agreements.
• Advise on Polish or Cypriot corporate law; handle broader portfolios.
• Drive efficiencies by integrating legal tech, automation, and AI workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with 3-5 years in corporate/international intra-group work.
• Experience with NL, China, USA or UK legislative systems.
• Deep knowledge of Polish or Cypriot corporate law; both a plus.
• Strong project management; coordinating global legal workstreams.
• Fluent in English; Polish or Greek proficiency.
• Interest in legal automation, AI workflows, or knowledge-management tools.
