📋 Description

• Be trusted advisor to marketplace, bus, train teams across EU and beyond
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters
• Draft/negotiate commercial contracts and partnerships
• Collaborate with internal partners and regulators
• Address other day-to-day legal matters
• Areas: consumer issues, transport regulation, e- commerce, competition

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 8 years as a qualified lawyer in an EU country
• Experience with e-commerce, platform regulation, consumer protection
• Knowledge of regulatory topics
• Comfortable in multiple jurisdictions
• Strong contract drafting/negotiation skills
• Business-oriented, proactive and solution driven
