Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, MSAs, licenses, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Advise on commercial, IP, and data privacy matters for products and partnerships.
• Review DPAs and ensure GDPR and EU privacy compliance.
• Support IP strategy including trademarks, patents, and IP ownership.
• Assist with open-source compliance and IP assignment for staff/contractors.
• Build templates, playbooks, and scalable contracting workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of legal experience, ideally both firm and in-house at a startup.
• Strong experience drafting SaaS agreements, MSAs, enterprise agreements, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Solid understanding of GDPR and EU data privacy laws.
• Experience handling IP matters: trademarks, patents, licensing.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and risk-based decision making.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
