🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in Mauritius with corporate and commercial law experience.
• Strong knowledge of trust, corporate, commercial, fund and financial services law in regulated
• Extensive experience supporting a broad range of legal matters across stakeholders.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and contract review skills with commercial focus.
• In-depth understanding of legislation, regulatory frameworks and best practices in financial
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical advice for diverse audiences.
