📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on agreements across content development, event production
• Improve contract templates and processes; manage contract workflows.
• Identify legal risks, design mitigation strategies, and facilitate smooth events and content
• Conduct legal research and deliver clear, actionable guidance to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage diverse legal projects; oversee IP, data privacy, and regulatory matters and internal
• Support incident management and dispute resolution efforts with litigation specialists as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified US or UK barred lawyer, with 4+ years PQE in-house in the in-house in experience-economy
• Solution-oriented and strategic thinker with strong business judgment balancing legal risk with
• Native or bilingual English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to own projects, prioritize resources, and support multiple time-sensitive initiatives.
• Effective communicator with emotional intelligence, delivering clear advice to executives and teams.
