Advising on live deals: secondaries, post-close issues, consent requirements, legacy deals with
Directly engaging with customers, including syndicate leads and investors
Amending and reissuing contracts and templates to remove blockers
Handling regulatory questions across jurisdictions as we launch in the US
Working with engineers and ops to turn legal decisions into templates and workflows

🎯 Requirements

At least 4 years PQE with strong academic background
Commercial or corporate background, familiarity with M&A
Commercial judgment and ability to make calls without a second opinion
Confidence speaking with customers and in difficult conversations
