📋 Description

• Act as sole in-house lawyer; advise executives and management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts and agreements.
• Develop compliance policies aligned with crypto regulations; update them.
• Identify legal risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Investigate complaints; recommend solutions.
• Stay updated on laws and advise on impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LLB/JD) qualified; or other major common law jurisdictions.
• 3-5 years PQE in international/top local law firm.
• Experience advising on products and regulatory matters.
• Understanding of payments regulation, fund flows, licensing frameworks.
• Experience in payments, fintech, EMI/PSP, or financial services compliance.
• Strong business judgment; stakeholder management; reputational risk.
