📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with payment providers, acquirers, card networks, and
• Advise on payment processing operations, onboarding, settlements, chargebacks, and fund flows.
• Support KYC/KYB, AML/CFT, sanctions screening, and due diligence across markets.
• Assist with licensing, entity structuring, and compliance for expanding to new markets.
• Provide practical legal advice on business initiatives and payment strategies.
• Collaborate with product/tech to develop compliant payment products and services.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the US, in good standing.
• 5+ years in fintech/banking/payments with deep regulatory knowledge (money transmission, BSA/AML
• Proven ability to give practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong drafting skills for complex commercial agreements across payments and technology.
