📋 Description

• Negotiate, draft and review contracts and agreements, incl. lease agreements with pro‑business
• Conduct judicial enquiries, due diligence, identify legal risks and consequences.
• Handle and settle disputes and legal matters.
• Advise on real estate, leasing and consumer law while supporting commercial objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• A legal degree.
• 3–5 years of legal experience in civil law, esp. real estate, leasing or consumer law.
• Experience coaching and supporting team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication to senior stakeholders.
• Skilled in risk assessment and articulating consequences to decision‑makers.
• Confident in decisions under ambiguity and tight timelines.
