🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of laws/regulations applicable to spot, margin, derivatives, platform trading
• Experience drafting and negotiating digital asset trading agreements, prime brokerage agreements
• 8+ years of transactional experience in financial agreements (lending, prime brokerage, ISDA/CSA
• Ability to lead medium-to-large projects independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey legal issues to internal stakeholders; client-facing
• JD preferred.
