📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams in Korea to guide integration
• Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to drive platform
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities
• Surface adoption obstacles, engage users, and implement strategies to overcome them.
• Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.
• Contribute to Korean-market content like training materials and FAQs to ensure ongoing customer

🎯 Requirements

• Korean legal qualification (변호사 자격) or equivalent with 3+ years of experience at a top-tier firm.
• Fluency in Korean and English; ability to operate across both languages professionally.
• Executive engagement skills and strong relationship-building with decision-makers.
• Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of legal processes and AI potential in legal practice.
• Sales or customer-facing experience in law firm business development or client management is a plus.
