Legal Engineering Manager, APAC

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of Legal Engineers across APAC from Singapore, owning pre-sales legal
• Provide senior leadership and strategic direction to the Legal Engineering team supporting sales
• Partner with Account Executives and GTM leadership to prioritise deals and drive conversions on
• Engage with lawyers at prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and tailor demos and
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to feed field insights into roadmap and go-to-market
• Lead product demonstrations and act as a Voice of the Customer for the broader sales team.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE in law firm or in-house role.
• Experience managing a team and developing talent in a high-growth environment.
• Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools; ability to demonstrate platform expertise.
• Strong commercial instincts; credible with senior stakeholders at law firms and in-house teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience running training or client-facing
• Willingness to travel for customer office visits and company offices.
