Legal Intake Coordinator

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial contact for prospective client inquiries via phone, email, web form
• Conduct structured intake interviews to gather case information and assess fit
• Enter and manage prospect data within CRM and case management systems
• Qualify leads and route cases to attorney or practice area based on criteria
• Schedule consultations and follow up to reduce no-show rates
• Prepare and send intake packets, engagement letters, and onboarding docs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in legal intake, client services, or customer-facing coordination
• Familiarity with legal intake procedures and law firm operations
• Outstanding English verbal and written communication, warm and professional
• Strong ability to gather detailed information while keeping client experience positive
• Experience managing CRM and data in a high-volume pipeline
• Remote work experience with tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana
