📋 Description

• Support drafting, review, and turnaround of commercial agreements (NDAs, vendor, partner, customer
• Manage contract lifecycle: versions, signatures, renewal dates, obligations, searchable repository
• Research regulatory and legal questions across LATAM markets (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia)
• Assist with corporate governance and entity housekeeping
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, and People on cross-functional requests
• Support diligence and documentation for fundraising and audits

🎯 Requirements

• Current law student or recent graduate in Mexico, able to work from Mexico City on a hybrid schedule
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (reading/drafting)
• Strong writing; ability to turn messy questions into clear, structured answers
• Detail-oriented; meticulous in legal work
• Genuine curiosity about fintech, payments, and cross-border regulation
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action; trusted early
