Legal Intern/Apprentice - Data Privacy - Master's Student

📋 Description

• Maintain records of processing and DPIAs; support assessments.
• Work on data topics across gaming/social media (features, AB tests).
• Regulatory monitoring: GDPR and US data protection laws (CCPA, COPPA).
• Draft/update privacy policies, notices, and internal training materials.
• Handle data subject rights requests (access, erasure, objection).
• Support CNIL/EDPB communications; follow up on matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's student (M2) in Law; 6 months internship or 1 year apprenticeship
• Prior experience in tech law or data protection (internship, apprenticeship) is a plus
• Strong command of GDPR
• Strong knowledge of US data protection laws (CCPA, VCDPA, COPPA)
• Strong interest in digital regulation
• Good level of English, essential in international environment
