📋 Description

• Join Lambda's Legal team as a generalist intern in a fast-paced AI infrastructure company.
• Support Commercial and Corporate matters, including customer, vendor, NDA, and more.
• Contribute to transactions like M&A, financing, and public company readiness.
• Help modernize how the team reviews and manages contracts through concrete projects.
• Work closely with in-house counsel and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a JD (2L or 3L preferred).
• Completed contracts coursework with strong writing/analytical skills.
• Comfortable with AI-assisted tools such as Claude or willing to learn them.
• Ability to work at least 1 day per week in the San Francisco office.
• Excellent legal research and drafting abilities.
