Legal Officer

📋 Description

• Legal advisory services (75%) for SGS business operations
• Provide legal analysis for new services or regulations impacting SGS
• Localize, draft, review, translate terms and conditions, and various contracts in Vietnam and
• Liaise with Group Legal and external counsels
• Data privacy support (15%): review data transfer/processing agreements, advise on privacy/security
• Other assignments by Legal Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Two (2) years minimum experience in a paralegal, legal team, or law firm
• Bachelor's degree in law
• Knowledge of Vietnamese laws on inspection, testing, certification, data privacy, cybersecurity is
• Negotiating, writing, and effective communication in English & Vietnamese
