Advise daily and support business teams on operations, including enterprise, commercial, civil
Provide legal analysis for new services or regulations impacting SGS.
Localize, draft, review, and translate contracts and templates in VN and EN.
Liaise with Group Legal and external counsels on related matters.
Support data privacy initiatives, including reviewing data transfer agreements and privacy
Assist with other assignments from the Legal Manager as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Five (5) years minimum experience in paralegal, legal team or law firm.
Bachelor's degree in law.
Knowledge of laws on inspection, testing, certification, data privacy and cybersecurity in Vietnam
Negotiation, writing and effective communication in English and Vietnamese.
