Legal Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Leading legal operations initiatives, including contract lifecycle management, matter management
• Identifying, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven and other legal technology tools to streamline
• Overseeing the preparation and filing of annual reports and foreign qualifications for Xometry and
• Managing domestic subsidiary matters, including formation, dissolution, governance documents, and
• Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to assess needs in alignment with compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 5-7+ years of paralegal or compliance experience, with at least 3 years in a corporate environment
• 2-4 years experience in corporate compliance (privacy, export controls, risk, audit, etc)
• Experience leveraging AI-driven tools to streamline legal operations and support legal research
• Excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality
• Know Your Customer-type documentation experience is a plus
