Legal Operations Program Manager, Integrations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end legal integration across global acquisitions, from diligence through post-close
• Build integrated legal roadmaps with dependencies and governance
• Prepare and lead leadership readouts on integration status
• Implement value-realization tracking and repeatable playbooks
• Act as the control tower across transactions, ensuring resources and priorities
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement across teams and deal workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in legal operations, BizOps, PM, or consulting with M&A integration
• Excellent written and oral communication; executive presence
• Understanding of deal budgets, integration cost tracking, value realization
• Experience supporting corporate transactions with IMO
• Familiarity with cross-border matters; European experience is a plus
• Proactive, ownership mindset; strong organizational skills; change management in legal tech tools
