Lead technology implementation and AI tool pilots to boost productivity and ROI.
Manage vendor relationships and e-billing operations end-to-end.
Develop SOPs, train the team on new tools, and balance automation with lawyer review.
Identify analytics for budgets, forecasting, and spend tracking.
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize legal workflows with AI.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years in legal operations, data analytics, tech implementation.
Experience with legal tech ops, e-billing tools, vendor management.
Working knowledge of AI solutions in professional settings; familiarity with generative AI
Experience evaluating/implementing legal tech tools (CLM, research, document automation
Ability to assess AI tools for fit, risk, ROI; strong data analysis and dashboards skills.

🎁 Benefits

Full-time role based in San Mateo, CA with equity and benefits as described.
Annual salary range: $211,760 — $252,210 USD.
